Been on market tours before and want to see the real local experience? How about you try the most local market of Tel Aviv? Ha-tikva (The hope) is Tel Aviv's least touristy market, and a true gem: It has fantastic local spots and still acts like a real market, where tourists are a rare sight, yet kindly greeted when they come. A part of fantastic food, Ha-Tikva also brought us Ofra Haza – the biggest Diva Israel ever had – this tour would also tell her music and her great influence on Israeli music and culture.
